Geneva Global provides charitable investors with the insight, access and influence necessary to make philanthropic investments in meaningful projects all over the world. To do this, the organization must maintain a database of global projects and initiatives, and then make that information available to potential investors. Geneva came to Synergema to help bring that functionality to life. Using Flash and Ajax, we developed a custom mapping ,Web application that enables users to interface with Geneva’s database of projects. Users can apply various filters — by location, sectors, price, project status or cost per changed lives — and then they can click on a project title to see details. They can also invest in those projects through the Web site using a secure connection.
